in Damsel and Distress

I wonder who tells a patient's loved ones that their injury is to humors to operate on? I'm sorry Mrs. Burnsfort the insurance won't cover any skin grafts to your husband's lower extremities. On that note I'm off to the doctor's office.

I'm loving the cops conversation off panel. Very funny.

Haha, D&D jokes.

Also, should the avatar (who is she anyway) be whispering in the third panel? And, for that matter, should Robin be whispering in the first panel?

Also... Is the stripy cop's last panel a joke about a certain bone? I'm not too good with anatomy. Also not the slang "kiester". I'm assuming it means backside?

The avatar is the daughter of someone who donated to the kickstarter campaign Tasha(they both read the comic. I don't want to give out any more info then that for her privacy but she has shown up a time or two on the comments and can same more if she wants.

the girls are whispering in all panels although with no contrast the first two panels could look a bit darker i guess.

I might change the wording in the last panel for clarity but ya he got shot in the backside which is funny because people usually find that part of the human anatomy funny.

Hi again Kai! I love the cops off pannel!
Thanks for finnally breaking me out of jail! but just a question, will we ever find out how I got into jail in the first place or will that just add to the mystery? Any way keep up the good work!

To answer your question Tasha I am in favor of letting it add to the mystery since there is always the chance that revealing what actually happened might not show some people in the light they would want. Others disagree with me Robin amongst them, so you probably won;t have to wait too many pages.

Herp derp derp... Only just figured out that the last bubble in the third panel is one of the cops. And yes, now I look closely, Robin is whispering in the first panel. Nevermind me and my bad eyes...

the style of word bubbles i chose does run the risk of loosing a bit of clarity. since i already know who says what it is hard for me to know how unclear it is sometimes, and if I should switch back to more traditional word bubbles.
